General (Morning 7.00 AM to 4.00 PM, 8:00 to 5.00 PM, 9:00 to 6:00 PM) AM to 4.00 PM, 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM, 10.00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Interview Location: Chennai (Ekkatuthangal)

Salary Package - 18000 to 22000 (Gross Pay)

Job Summary:
Provide service of Inbound calls for roadside assistance and other service reques that won't start; flat tire; keys locked inside a car; vehicle out of gas; vehicle in an

Probe to identify the need of the customer based on vehicle situation

Provide safe facilities to customer

Dispatch a service provider to assist the customer.

Provide status updates to customers.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Ability to remain resilient, project patience and empathy, and provide excellent serv dealing with stressful situations.

Self-disciplined to manage own schedule and adhere to it.

Ability to utilize multiple computer programs at the same time.

Exhibit professional, courteous, and friendly behavior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
