Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers to promote and sell banking products
- Address and resolve customer queries effectively
- Assist customers in understanding banking services and solutions
Education: HSC, Inter, Diploma, Any Degree, B.E & B.Tech
Languages preferred: Any South Indian languages - Malayalam & English.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Positive Attitude and Willingness to help Customers
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Work Days: 6 days/week Shift Timing: Day Shift
CTC will be 2.58 LPA & Rs 21,000/- per month
Take Home Salary: ₹16,000 After detection of PF & ESI Freshers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹258,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
