We are seeking a skilled and creative **CDP - Chinese** to manage the Chinese kitchen section and deliver high-quality dishes with consistent flavor and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese.
- Manage the Chinese kitchen section efficiently during service.
- Ensure proper seasoning, wok handling, and cooking temperature.
- Maintain hygiene and follow all food safety standards.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs assigned to your section.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain consistency and innovation in menu items.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as CDP or DCDP in Chinese cuisine.
- Expertise in wok handling, sauces, and seasoning balance.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Team player with leadership and time management skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
