- The Patiala Kkitchen_ is a unit of **Triple Nine Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.**, known for its authentic flavors, high-quality food, and warm hospitality. We are expanding our culinary team and looking for passionate and dedicated **Commis Chefs (Level 2 & 3)** to join our kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior chefs (CDP/DCDP) in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients, handle chopping, marination, and cooking under supervision.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Support in inventory checks and mise-en-place preparation.
- Follow kitchen protocols and work collaboratively with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
