**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with booking flight, train, or bus tickets.
- Provide information about travel schedules, fares, and destinations.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with travel vendors and partners for seamless service.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in [languages you require - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use booking platforms or willingness to learn.
- Customer service mindset with a friendly and polite attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy travel seasons.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
