 
						Travel Insurance Executive

Deliver excellent service to all Client’s.
- Handle Client’s queries and feedback.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance providers to ensure optimal coverage.
- Identify potential risks associated with the travel industry, including accidents, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Handle and process insurance claims efficiently and in accordance with the terms of the policies.
- Communicate with insurance providers to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Educate clients about the importance of insurance coverage in the travel industry.
- Communicate insurance policies and coverage details with employees within the company.
- Analyse data related to insurance claims, trends, and industry developments.
- Providing Forex services as per the requirements.
- Performing Data Storage (Passport Copy, Visa) activity as and when required.
- Updating Client’s record on EPrompt & Google sheet as and when required.
**Job Specification**:
- Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service industry
- Hotel or Tourism & Travel industry experience would be an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Gujarati, English, Hindi)
- Attention to details, Coordination Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management
