
Client Relationship Officer

Handle incoming client inquiries and messages via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and order updates to clients, ensuring they receive accurate and prompt responses.
- Ensure all client inquiries and requests are logged and tracked for follow-up until a resolution is provided.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding their orders, feedback, and any service issues.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by offering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying process.
- Address customer concerns or complaints with empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist potential clients in the decision-making process by offering product recommendations and guiding them through the purchase process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that clients are provided with consistent and accurate information.
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms, maintaining brand professionalism and friendliness.
- Identify potential leads through social media and pass relevant inquiries to the sales team for conversion.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and inquiries, ensuring all interactions are properly documented.
- Provide regular reports to management on customer feedback, common queries, and potential improvements.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
