
Strategic Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Senior Associate Customer Success professional to act as the key liaison between our clients and their respective goals. The successful candidate will manage high-value relationships, ensure client satisfaction, oversee engagement strategies, and support cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with assigned clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
- Understand client objectives and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, operations) to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences.
- Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients.
- Design and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Experience using CRM or client management tools.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
