A dynamic marketing and communications agency is seeking a strategic Client Servicing professional to bridge the gap between clients and internal teams.
About This RoleThis role combines strong client relationship management with expertise in social media strategy and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure internal teams deliver relevant, creative, and strategic solutions.
- Present ideas and campaign strategies to clients, obtain necessary approvals, and finalize the approach for execution.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
- Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative, digital, or branding agency.
