Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Client Briefs: Gather and analyze client briefs to comprehend their objectives and expectations.
- Project Coordination: Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while meeting deadlines.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and present advertising proposals, campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance analytics to clients.
- Strategic Guidance: Offer strategic advice and recommendations to clients based on market trends and consumer insights.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, seeking mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Industry Updates: Keep abreast of industry developments to offer innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Loyalty: Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all advertising materials and campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements and agency quality benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to build and deliver engaging client presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for drafting documents and building decks.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
