The Guest Relations Officer (female) is responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality to clients and visitors at the clinic. The Officer will greet, assist, and direct clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer inquiries, and ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience while at the clinic.

Location: Calicut HiLITE Mall

Responsible for the following duties:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and other guests to the clinic.
- Answer inquiries and provide information to clients, visitors, and other guests.
- Provide directions to clients, visitors, and other guests.
- Responsible to make sales and conversions.
- Monitor visitors and ensure that visitors adhere to clinic rules and regulations.
- Ensure that visitors and guests are comfortable and have a pleasant experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain friendly and professional communication with clients, visitors, and other guests.
- Monitor clinic lobby and waiting areas and ensure that they are presentable and inviting.
- Assist with handling phone calls and inquiries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments for clients.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors in any discipline
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Interest in sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
