Guest relations executive is responsible for managing interactions with clients, prospective buyers, and stakeholders to enhance their experience with the company's projects and services.

**Key responsibilities**
- Actively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing clients with detailed information about ongoing and upcoming projects, including timeline, features and options.
- Handling any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Collaborating with project managers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure client needs are met.
- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

**Qualifications**
- Any graduate
- Strong English communication skill
- Customer oriented mindset
- Previous experience in related field is ideal for this role( freshers also preferred)

**Location **:Calicut

**Salary **:Based on interview performance and experience

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
