**About the Role**:
We are looking for motivated **Tele-Sales Agents** to join our fast-growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our offerings and guiding them to begin their treatment journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call incoming leads and explain the value of our skin treatment programs
- Build rapport with customers and handle objections confidently
- Book consultations with our dermatologists
- Follow-up consistently with leads via call or WhatsApp
- Maintain CRM entries and update call outcomes
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call & conversion targets
**Who Should Apply**:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls
- Prior tele-sales or BPO experience is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
- Must have a smartphone and good internet connection
- Self-disciplined and can work independently from home
