Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone to customers. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers by phone to promote our products or services
- Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products or services
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Manage customer information in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales goals
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence customers
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working from a office. You will be expected to work during normal business hours, but may be required to work evenings or weekends to meet sales targets.

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month
