**Job Summary**:
The Telesales Agent is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by telephone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain excellent customer relationships. The role requires effective communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products or services.
- Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to encourage customer purchases.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call volume goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and competitor information.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- **Personality**: Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
**Work Conditions**:
- Office-based or remote (depending on company policy).
