Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Agent to join our sales team at Finoocean.

As a telesales agent, you will work on pre-qualified leads provided by the company and assist customers in choosing the right financial products. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales confidence, and a good understanding of financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with potential customers using leads shared by the company.
  • Explain financial products (personal loan, business loan, home loan, etc.) clearly and persuasively.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan or financial options.
  • Maintain proper documentation and update lead status in the CRM system.
  • Achieve assigned daily and monthly conversion targets.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with internal loan processing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC sector.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi proficiency preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products, especially loans and credit services.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
