**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain positive guest relations by addressing queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
- Handle VIP, long-stay, and repeat guests with personalized attention.
- Assist in planning and organizing guest activities and special requests.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, SOPs, and service standards.
- Collect guest feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
- Maintain guest records, preferences, and ensure repeat guests receive tailored services.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in **Hindi, Marathi, and English**.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of **Inkey software (added advantage)** and proficiency in **MS Office**.
- Professional grooming and positive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
