**Designation**: Supervisor/ Senior Supervisor/ Property Manager
**Role**: Executive/ Senior Executive
**No. of Requirement**: 4
**Compensation**: ₹3,00,000 - 3,50,000 LPA
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s in Hotel Management
**Experience**: 2-3 years+
**Location**: Maharashtra (Lonavala, Karjat & Alibaug)

**Scope of the Role**:
Supervisors will be responsible for budgeting, controlling costs, and other villa-related supports. Custodian for guests’ overall experience in the villa, and maintaining regular quality audits.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Playing a key role in budgeting, controlling costs, and keeping the organization on track financially
- Custodian of curating and maintaining the overall Guest experience across all homes in the organization across all the customer touchpoints
- To build a strong guest-centric product (customer experience) that’s a unified quality norm in the organization
- Leads and supports all Guest Experience initiatives at the organization
- Conducts regular quality audits on the Brand Standards and user experience
- Maintains direct contact with guests to collect direct feedback and facilitate new ways of collecting more in-house feedback
- Works closely with Department Heads to assess service standards and delivery on a regular basis
- Reviews and communicates the Brand Assurance Program and brand/quality initiatives effectively to all stakeholders
- Supports founders in driving a guest-centric culture and creates awareness and understanding among all Ambassadors on the importance of guest experience as a priority
- Innovated and upgrades the guest experience and service standards regularly and is aware of the then industry's best practices

**Key Requirements & Skills**:

- Exceptional Communication skills
- Demonstrating strong leadership and motivational skills
- Must understand the intricate inner workings of the luxury hospitality industry
- Setting up goals and objectives for his team to attain
- Provide staff training to caretakers and chefs
- Should be flexible for multi-tasking or eager to learn about the same
- Must have his own vehicle to travel and be willing to stay on site
