Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Pushpam Sanskruti Resort. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, handling guest queries, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Maintain positive guest relations by addressing queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
  • Handle VIP, long-stay, and repeat guests with personalized attention.
  • Assist in planning and organizing guest activities and special requests.
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Collect guest feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
  • Maintain guest records, preferences, and ensure repeat guests receive tailored services.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Knowledge of Inkey software (added advantage) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Professional grooming and positive attitude.
  • Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
