The position is based out at the sales office at Pimpri Chinchawad _(only those who can travel till Pimpri Chinchwad should apply)_

**Scope of work**:

- To ensure profitability and revenue generation through effective leasing of malls via the category assigned.

**Role**:

- Filling up the walkins form of Clients or Brokers.
- Escorting the clients to the waiting lounge or area.
- Assigning sales personnel accordingly.
- Handling walk-in clients at Project sites in absence of the sales personnel
- Ensure customers are attended on time regarding project details.
- Give them a comment/ feedback form and ask them for their valuable feedback regarding the property.
- Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested.
- Maintaining customer updates on enquiries made.
- Maintain database and MIS.
- Managing housekeeping.
- Maintaining the stock of pantry, stationery.
- Making arrangements for tea/coffee for guests / walk-in clients.

**Education**:Minimum graduate

**Experience**:Min 2 yrs handling guest relations
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry is added advantage
