Biitcode is urgently hiring **Procurement Executive** for our reputed Client into cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry located in Thane. Plz find details below.

**Position: Procurement Executive**

**Location: Thane (W), Mumbai**

**Requisites**:

- Graduate in Pharmacy/Commerce/Science.
- 5-8 years of procurement experience in pharma or manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of raw materials and supply chain terms.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement of raw materials, packaging items, and consumables.
- Raise purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and warehouses for GRN and billing processes.
- Maintain purchase records and update procurement data in ERP.
- Track inventory levels and provide timely updates to ensure stock availability.
- Support documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, and cost comparisons under manager's guidance.
