Job Title Procurement Executive - Interior Design Location Thane Maharashtra Job Type Full-Time work from office Experience Required 1-3 years Industry Interior Design Architecture Construction Key Responsibilities Vendor Management Source evaluate and maintain relationships with suppliers vendors and subcontractors for materials furniture fixtures and equipment Material Procurement Coordinate the purchase of materials as per project specifications ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget Cost Control Negotiation Negotiate pricing payment terms and delivery schedules to optimize cost without compromising quality Purchase Orders Documentation Prepare purchase orders maintain procurement records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date Inventory Logistics Coordination Monitor inventory levels track shipments and ensure timely delivery and quality control of goods received Collaboration with Teams Work closely with the design and project execution teams to understand project needs and timelines Market Research Stay updated on new materials trends and suppliers in the interior design industry Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Interior Design or a related field 1-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing preferably in the interior design architecture or construction industry Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and basic procurement software tools Good understanding of materials finishes and furniture commonly used in interior design Ability to manage multiple vendors and work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail time management and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience working with design software AutoCAD SketchUp etc is a plus Familiarity with import export procedures and logistics if applicable Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly materials is advantageous Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Application Question s How many years of experience you have in Interior Design company Work Location In person
