We Requires Sr Procurement Executive for a Industrial Construction Company at Thane West Position Sr Procurement Executive Work Experience Min 4-10 years in Construction company Job Location Thane West Salary 10-20 on your Current CTC as per experience industry standards Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs vendor negotiations purchase orders and delivery follow-up Identify and onboard reliable vendors suppliers and subcontractors relevant to real estate and construction domains Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies while ensuring quality standards Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to forecast demand and schedule material deliveries accordingly Maintain and update procurement records vendor databases and documentation for audits Ensure procurement complies with legal environmental and safety regulations Track market trends and conduct price benchmarking to support strategic sourcing decisions Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management Civil Engineering Business Administration or a related field 4-5 years of experience in procurement within the real estate infrastructure or construction industry Strong negotiation communication and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Excel Word and procurement ERP software e g SAP Oracle Tally Prime Ability to multitask meet deadlines and work cross-functionally with project and finance teams Knowledge of local and international suppliers construction materials and sourcing techniques Preferred Attributes Experience with large-scale residential or commercial projects Familiarity with cost control measures and budgeting in procurement Certification in supply chain or procurement e g CSCP CPP PMP is a plus Why Join Us Work with a forward-thinking organization with a strong project pipeline Be part of a collaborative team environment Competitive compensation and performance-based growth Opportunity to contribute to iconic developments Working Days Monday to Saturday 2nd 4th Saturday Off 09 00am to 06 30pm For Interview Mail Your Updated Resume On Jyotsna FastTrackJobs gmail com Feel free to call Regards Jyotsna T 93097 57771 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
