About the Company We are a reputed PVC Tape manufacturing company based in Bhiwandi engaged in producing high-quality adhesive products for industrial use We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations efficiently and ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end purchase process - from inquiry to order placement Prepare and issue Purchase Orders POs accurately and on time Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material delivery quality and timelines Negotiate rates payment terms and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective procurement Maintain proper records of purchases quotations and vendor communications Coordinate with stores accounts and production departments to meet material requirements Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards Requirements Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management Commerce or related field 2-5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive preferably in a manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of purchase processes vendor management and negotiation Proficient in MS Excel Email Communication and tally prime Good follow-up and coordination skills are a must Attention to detail accountability and ability to work under deadlines Job Type Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
