Inventory Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory management and supply chain operations The Inventory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are accurate efficient and aligned with the company s demand forecast and overall business goals This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy tracking goods from suppliers to storage and coordinating the flow of products throughout the supply chain Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Oversee and manage inventory levels ensuring stock is kept at optimal levels based on demand forecasts lead times and order cycles Supply Chain Coordination Work closely with vendors suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products Monitor supply chain activities to avoid bottlenecks or delays Stock Replenishment Plan and execute inventory replenishment strategies to ensure availability while minimizing overstock or stockouts Demand Forecasting Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to gather data and input for accurate demand forecasting Stock Audits Conduct regular stock audits reconciling physical inventory with system records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Data Analysis Reporting Use inventory management software and Excel to generate reports on stock levels turnover rates and product movements Provide insights and recommend improvements to inventory practices Inventory Control Develop and enforce standard operating procedures SOPs for inventory handling storage and movement to ensure proper control and reduce loss Vendor Management Develop strong relationships with vendors and suppliers ensuring the timely replenishment of stock while negotiating favorable terms Team Supervision Oversee the inventory team providing training guidance and support as needed Ensure that team members adhere to inventory management protocols and safety standards Logistics Management Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing goods ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions in the supply chain Continuous Improvement Proactively identify inefficiencies in inventory processes and propose solutions for process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field Professional certifications e g APICS ISM are a plus Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Skills Proficiency in inventory management software e g Odoo and Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions Excellent problem-solving abilities especially in supply chain or logistics issues Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers Knowledge of supply chain and inventory control best practices Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse management systems WMS or enterprise resource planning ERP systems Experience in managing a team or department Knowledge of logistics procurement and demand planning processes Working Conditions Full-time on-site role Occasional overtime may be required during peak times or to meet tight deadlines Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Professional development opportunities Paid time off and holidays If you have a passion for optimizing inventory and supply chain processes and you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment we encourage you to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
