Job Title Accounts Cum Inventory Executive Location Dombivali Department Warehouse Logistics Based on Interview Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Cum Inventory Executive to handle daily accounting operations along with efficient inventory control The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of accounting principles strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in inventory management Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Duties Maintain and update financial records including daily transactions invoices and accounts payable receivable Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies Support month-end and year-end closing activities Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking Conduct routine physical stock counts and inventory audits Prepare and maintain inventory valuation reports Ensure timely and accurate posting of all inventory-related transactions Record Keeping Documentation Maintain proper filing and storage of inventory documents accounting records invoices and related paperwork for future reference Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Proven experience in accounting and inventory management Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP systems etc Strong understanding of inventory control processes and stock management High level of accuracy attention to detail and analytical ability Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Experience total work 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
