Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction and real estate development projects.
- Support the procurement team in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and supplier evaluation.
- Create and maintain purchase orders and procurement records in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
- Follow up on pending orders and manage basic negotiations on lead times and payment terms.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports, MIS, and documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement processes and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of procurement or purchase experience, preferably in Real Estate or Construction industries.
- Knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
