**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Platform Engagement**: Actively bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru to secure contracts for the company.
- **Proposal Writing**: Craft clear, customized, and competitive proposals based on client requirements to increase project acquisition rates.
- **Client Communication**: Engage and follow up with potential clients, answer pre-bid queries, and build strong client relationships to secure deals.
- **Requirement Analysis**: Understand client needs, gather requirements, and communicate these effectively to the technical team for project execution.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify new business opportunities, assess client needs, and determine project scopes on various freelance platforms.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing updates to management on bid statuses and conversion rates.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to enhance bidding strategies and develop a competitive edge.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
