Job Description – Online Bidder 1+ years Position: Online Bidder Location: Mohali (on site) Job Type: Full-Time About Us Add Min Webworld is a growing IT services and solutions provider. We specialize in delivering quality web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and custom software solutions. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Bidder to join our team and contribute to business growth by generating leads through online platforms. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate business opportunities from online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, PPH, etc. Write effective proposals, customized as per client requirements, to secure projects. Communicate with international clients via chat, email, and video calls. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Work closely with the technical team to understand project scope, timelines, and cost estimation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track, manage, and report bidding activity and conversions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field . 1+ years of experience as an Online Bidder Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding platforms . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Ability to draft professional and customized proposals. Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, and Digital Marketing . Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
