As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence on the Upwork platform. You will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects, communicating with clients, and ultimately securing new business opportunities. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere and have a flexible schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Identification**: Scour Upwork for relevant projects that align with our company's expertise and services.

**Proposal Writing**: Craft compelling proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

**Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and proposals.

**Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity on Upwork.

**Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or a similar role in freelancing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent proposal writing and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Upwork's platform and its features.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

**Ability to Relocate/Commute**:

- Plot no. 177, industrial area phase 2, Chandigarh, 160002

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
