We're hiring an 'UPWORK BIDDER' to win projects on the platform.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and bid on relevant projects.
2. Create persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
3. Communicate professionally and promptly with clients.
4. Understand project requirements and collaborate on estimates.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive strategies.
6. Negotiate terms and maintain bid records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven success on Upwork with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in negotiation and market awareness.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
