As a Bidder, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new projects and clients on freelancing platforms such as Upwork. **Responsibilities**:

- Identify and analyze project opportunities on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements, showcasing our company's strengths and capabilities.
- Effectively communicate with clients through written messages, video calls, and other communication channels to understand project needs and objectives.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and our company.
- Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information and resources for project proposals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions.
- Track and manage proposal submissions, follow-ups, and client communication within the freelancing platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends, client preferences, and changes in freelancing platform algorithms to optimize bid strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bidder or Proposal Writer in a freelancing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms such as Upwork, including bidding processes, client expectations, and payment terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to track multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management and communication tools such as Trello, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
