**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field**.
- Proven experience (1-4 years) as an **Online Bidder, BDE, or BDM** in an IT company.
- Excellent written and verbal **communication skills**.
- Strong understanding of **IT services**, including web and mobile app development.
- Ability to **negotiate**, handle client objections, and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a **fast-paced environment**.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with **CRM tools** and lead management systems.
