They will also be responsible for communicating with clients and negotiating project terms. The following are some key responsibilities of an online bidder:

- Searching for new project opportunities on Fiverr and Upwork
- Creating and submitting proposals for projects
- Communicating with clients and answering their questions
- Negotiating project terms and timelines
- Managing the company's freelancers and ensuring they have the necessary resources to complete projects
- Managing and tracking project progress, and delivering finished projects to clients
- Maintaining relationships with clients and promoting repeat business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Flexible shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
