**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided lead lists.
- Qualify leads and handle basic objections with a positive attitude.
- Record and update call information accurately in CRM or Excel.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow communication scripts and best practices during calls.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel or CRM tools.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
