**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Mastery in the art of Tandoor cooking, including preparation, marination, and grilling of various meats, seafood, and vegetarian items.
- Ensure that all Tandoor dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards and are consistently prepared.
- Prepare and marinate meats, vegetables, and other ingredients for Tandoor cooking.
- Adhere to recipes and portion control to maintain food quality and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients used in the Tandoor section.
- Conduct regular taste tests to ensure the flavor profile of Tandoor dishes meets expectations.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to coordinate and streamline overall kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized Tandoor section, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Responsible for the proper cleaning and maintenance of Tandoor equipment.
- Train junior kitchen staff in Tandoor cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance Tandoor cooking skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or Tandoor Chef de Partie.
- In-depth knowledge of Tandoor cooking techniques and Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
