Full job description

**Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**: Design and create authentic North Indian and tandoori dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, tailored to client specifications and seasonal ingredients.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including kebabs, naans, and other traditional North Indian foods using traditional cooking methods and equipment.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Maintain consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- **Health and Safety**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including sanitation, cleanliness, and food handling procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Veg in a professional kitchen, preferably in a catering or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques.
- Ability to create and execute traditional and innovative dishes while maintaining authentic flavors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high culinary standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
