**Job Summary**:
Sales & Client Relationship Executive is a dual-role position that requires a dynamic individual to meet potential clients sourced by the telecaller team and assist the operations team in coordinating loan documentation. The role is field-intensive and demands excellent communication and follow-up skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend client meetings as scheduled by telecallers
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Assist clients in submitting complete documentation
- Coordinate with the operations team to process loan files
- Provide timely follow-up and maintain professional client communication
- Escalate cases that need senior-level decisions or further analysis

**Common Employment terms**:

- All roles are based **on-site** at the Rajajinagar office, Bangalore.
- **No work-from-home option** is available.
- Employment confirmation will be based on performance during probation.
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Attendance is tracked through a **biometric system**.
- Employees must follow company guidelines regarding punctuality, discipline, and leave policy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of financial/loan products
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field
- Must be fluent in English, Telugu & Kannada
