**Job Description: Client Relation Executive - Water Treatment Plant/Process**.

The Client Relation Executive will support the sales team by managing customer relationships, coordinating field activities, and ensuring efficient operations in promoting water treatment solutions and services. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, fostering customer satisfaction, and facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Support & Coordination**
- Assist sales representatives in planning and executing customer visits, site assessments, and presentations.
- Track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts based on customer requirements and team inputs.
- Coordinate technical demonstrations and presentations for water treatment plants/process solutions.

2. **Customer Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their water treatment needs.
- Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and technical teams to improve service offerings.

3. **Field Operations Management**
- Schedule and organize site visits for technical evaluations and solution implementations.
- Ensure the delivery and setup of required equipment for water treatment projects.
- Liaise with logistics and service teams to ensure on-time delivery of products and services.

4. **Collaboration with Technical Teams**
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to customize solutions for specific client requirements.
- Stay updated on advancements in water treatment technologies and services to inform clients.
- Facilitate communication between clients and the technical team during project execution.

5. **Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and project progress.
- Manage sales team schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for product availability.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 0-1 years in a sales and relationship or related role, preferably in the water treatment industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and project management software.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
