**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Consultation Support**: Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking information about hair transplant procedures. Assist in understanding their needs and provide detailed, accurate information to help guide their decision-making.
- **Product Expertise**: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services offered, including different hair transplant techniques, technology, pricing, aftercare, and expected results. Be the go-to resource for all product-related queries.
- **Consultation Scheduling and Coordination**: Schedule consultations and treatment sessions with the medical team. Ensure all required client information is gathered prior to their appointment to provide the medical team with relevant background.
- **Customer Education**: Educate prospective clients on the benefits, processes, and results of hair transplant procedures. Provide clear, concise explanations about what to expect before, during, and after the procedure.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients. Ensure they feel confident and informed about their choices and create a comfortable, approachable experience.
- **Post-Consultation Support**: Follow up with potential clients after their consultations to address any questions, clarify details, and encourage them to take the next step in the process.
- **Sales Support**: Work closely with the sales team to relay client needs, preferences, and any other relevant feedback that can assist in converting prospects into customers.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in preparing sales materials, maintaining CRM records, and tracking client communication to ensure smooth operations.
- **Market Insights**: Keep track of customer inquiries and feedback to identify trends and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, such as pre-sales, customer support, or service consultation, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness.
- **Education**: A degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to educate and guide clients.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical information to a lay audience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software.
