Job Title: Presales Executive - Inside Sales Team

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 250-300 cold calls per day to prospective students and parents.
- Generate and qualify leads for the counseling team by assessing interest and eligibility.
- Clearly communicate MetaApply’s services and study abroad opportunities to potential students.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential leads to nurture interest and improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the inside sales and counseling teams to optimize the lead generation process.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
**Requirements**:
- Fresher or 1+ years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (if applicable).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of the education or study abroad sector is a plus.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
