Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the Indian kitchen section.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, biryanis, and vegetarian options, according to standardized recipes and specifications.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with established quality and presentation standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques, recipes, and food presentation.
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Indian kitchen section, including equipment, utensils, and work areas, in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for new Indian dishes and specials.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including food handling and storage guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food preparation and service.
- Participate in regular kitchen meetings and training sessions as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
