- Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals, submitting the consultants, following up for interview schedules.
- Tracking and extensive follow up with Vendors through maintaining submissions database, Interview Coordination, coordination with internal team and maintaining time sheets, etc.
- Generate, Interact and Develop vendors or Implementation partners network on daily basis.
- Its similar to a bench sales role but its does not have rigid targets,
- You would be directly coordinating with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors
- You would be marketing our existing fulltime resources who are all GCs, And USA citizens who are on our direct payroll, these are all our full time employees ,

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, convincing and closing skills
- Excellent time management skills and experience in prioritizing tasks.
- Strong logical & technical problem solving skills.
- Should have strong exposure to Telemarketing/ Sales, must be comfortable with the same
- Must be a good team player and result driven
- Willingness to learn new things

Command for Pre-Sales and Marketing and Sales Pitch
Understanding towards US Culture
Engage in superior service by making information readily available to Client or any Internal Team
Persists in sales even in the face of failure
Researches client base to find new Clients and Pitch them accordingly
Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
Setting up meetings with potential clients
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

**Salary**: ₹350,973.24 - ₹1,126,174.76 per year
