Position: US IT Recruiter
Location:Chennai(Anyone from across India who is willing to relocate can apply)

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (Night Shift Hybrid )
Experience: 4+yr on Bench Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, specializing in the US market.
Focus on Bench Sales, managing the complete sales lifecycle from identification to closure.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates during US working hours.
Strong Communication skills
Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify top-tier IT talent.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on Bench Sales.
In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, particularly the US market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a night shift environment.
Familiarity with current technologies and IT industry trends.
