Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience Required: 3-8 Years

CTC Offered: ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum

Location: Chennai(US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
Bench Management:
Responsible for marketing Bench Consultants to vendors and direct clients.

Maintain and update the database of Bench resources to ensure accurate availability status.

Recruitment & Marketing:
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, vendors, and prime vendors.

Actively market Bench consultants by generating leads and obtaining requirements.

Vendor Coordination:
Build and nurture relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementers.

Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements.

Negotiation & Placement:
Negotiate contract terms, rates, and placement agreements with vendors and clients.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain all relevant documentation for Bench resources and placements.

Generate weekly and monthly reports on placements, submissions, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in Bench Sales Recruitment (3-8 years) within IT consulting or staffing firms.

In-depth knowledge of the US IT staffing market and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).

Strong expertise in utilizing recruitment portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of contract staffing and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Experience in onboarding and background verification processes.

Exposure to client interaction and building vendor networks.
