**Position**:Bench Sales Recruiter

**Location**: Madipakkam, Chennai

**Shift Timings**: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST (US Shift)

**Experience Required**:2+ years in Bench Sales Recruitment (preferably in the IT sector)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing Bench Consultants: Identify and market qualified bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) to direct clients and tier-1 vendors in the US.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
- Job Matching: Understand client requirements and match them with available bench consultants.
- Resume Enhancement: Collaborate with consultants to prepare resumes tailored to client/job requirements.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates with vendors and clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation and policies, including immigration rules, are adhered to.
- Database Management: Update and maintain records of consultants, vendor contacts, and job submissions in ATS or CRM systems.
- Networking: Expand the network of vendors and clients through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
- In-depth understanding of IT technologies and market trends.
- Proven experience in placing bench consultants with direct clients and vendors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and networking platforms.
- Knowledge of US immigration processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
- Ability to work in a night shift and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working with a US staffing company.
- Strong networking skills with a good vendor and client base.
- Familiarity with contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements.
