**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Develop and Nurture Vendor Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with leading IT vendors such as Kforce, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, etc., to secure placement opportunities.
- ** Negotiation and Contract Management**: Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions with vendors and clients to secure placements that benefit both parties.
- ** Track Market Trends**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client requirements, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- ** Performance Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of marketing and placement activities, reporting progress and success metrics to the management team.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- ** Minimum 3+ years of experience** in US Bench Sales or IT staffing sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- ** In-depth knowledge of the IT staffing industry**, including knowledge of W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) staffing models.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple placements at once.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- ** Experience with job boards and platforms** like LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, and other specialized staffing tools.
- Familiarity with **contract negotiation** and vendor management.
