Shift Timings**:7:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Night Shift)**

Experience**:3+years on Bench Sales**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT
- positions, specializing in the US market. Focus on Bench Sales, managing the
- complete sales lifecycle from identification to closure.
- Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify top-tier IT talent.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a strong emphasis on Bench Sales. In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, particularly the US market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a night shift environment.
- Familiarity with current technologies and IT industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
