**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market bench consultants to vendors and clients, securing placements through active sourcing, interviews, and rate negotiations.
- Proactively search for job opportunities for bench consultants via job portals, professional networks, and contacts.
- Share suitable job openings with consultants and submit resumes based on their preferences.
- Negotiate competitive rates with recruiters and vendors as per company guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors and build new vendor partnerships.
- Track the status of bench consultants, including their start and end dates, and ensure timely updates to their resumes.
- Maintain detailed records of daily and weekly activities, including submittals, interviews, and placements, using MS Excel.
- Coordinate interviews and provide ongoing support to consultants throughout the interview and placement process.
- Follow up with vendors and consultants after interviews to ensure smooth transitions and timely placements.
- Keep track of contract details, project extensions, and roll-off dates, preparing consultants for their next project.
- Utilize various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and professional networks (LinkedIn) to find suitable projects for consultants.
- Collaborate with prime vendors to streamline the placement process and minimize intermediary layers.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
