Position: Benchsales Recruitere

Location: coimbatore(WFO)

Experience: 3-5 Years

NP: Immediate-30 days

**Job Description**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Bench Sales AND Recruitment is required
- Experience marketing and placing Bench consultants ((H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).
- Proven successful sales record in IT Staffing and Consulting.
- Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month - MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have strong US Prime Vendor relations Only (NO Layers)
- Experience with full-cycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants,
- following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.
- Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)
